“Home is a place that welcomes those I hold dear with open arms, holding them close.” I will help you find your home, and this feeling.

My Costa Rica story

Two decades ago, having experienced Costa Rica’s Pura Vida spirit for just one day, I declared, “I could move here tomorrow!” I found something special. Something special found me.

After a rewarding career in philanthropy with a Fortune 500 company, my husband and I made that dream reality. We relocated to Costa Rica, spent months at a time living in different communities, immersed ourselves in local culture, and discovered the heartbeat of each neighborhood. We found our forever home in the Central Valley; we’re living our dream.

Real Estate is real connection

Fluent in English and Spanish, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for Costa Rican culture and a passion for connecting people. I’m a trusted bridge between Tico (what locals call each other) and expat communities. That’s how I approach real estate and the life I’ve made here, from raising funds for education programs to facilitating drum circles, community connection is at the heart of everything I do.

Finding your home and your community

Whether you’re a lifelong Costa Rican or dreaming of starting a new chapter here, I’d love to help you find your place. As a Tica del corazón—Costa Rican at heart—I offer more than property listings. I bring local lived knowledge, cultural understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping you feel at home. Do you prefer the cool mountain climate or warm coastal living? What are your lifestyle desires? Are schools and family resources important to you? I’ll help you make informed decisions with confidence.

My promise is simple: local expertise, honest guidance, and clear communication—every step of the way.

I’m proud to be affiliated with RE/MAX, whose trusted network and professional resources allow me to serve you with even greater confidence.

If you’re ready, I’m ready. Let’s find more than your dream home. Let’s find where you belong.
